When I remembered the Canute legend, I looked him up online to see if I might find a visual image, and found the official website of the British Royal Court. Loads of fun.
Turns out they have job openings for Trainee Butlers and for Linen Keepers. Maybe I should apply. I’ve got experience, just ask my royal offspring.
I just don’t think I could handle the commute.
