I promised the kids I'd go to the toystore to get some erasers.
I went.
They were sold out.
I asked the people at the store to write me a note, saying, "Your daddy was here and asked for the erasers. We don't carry them at this moment."
They laughed at me.
And I was left to face the wrath of the disappointed offspring on my own.
